KGM Vietnam continues to update the construction progress of the Maison Décor project, one of the prominent projects being implemented under the design-build general contractor model. At the current stage, KGM's technical team is focusing on processing the basement wall item, which plays a crucial role in the overall structure of the project and directly impacts its long-term durability.

During the construction of the basement walls, KGM Vietnam adheres to strict technical procedures right from the initial steps. Formwork is erected according to requirements for rigidity, flatness, and load-bearing capacity to ensure the wall surface meets standards when concrete is poured. The arrangement of basement wall steel and basement column steel is carried out according to design drawings, fully complying with requirements for spacing, orientation, and connections to ensure the load-bearing capacity and stability of the structural system.

Before concrete pouring, KGM's engineering team inspects the entire waterproofing system and accepts the steel protection layer. All joint locations, rebar dowels, and technical pipelines are carefully checked to minimize the risk of water seepage, concrete honeycombing, or dimensional deviations. A multi-step acceptance process is strictly implemented to ensure the highest quality of the constructed item.

One of the distinguishing factors of KGM Vietnam is its team of supervisors and technicians, who are directly trained systematically and work according to unified standards. Each item is cross-checked by the site engineer, construction manager, and internal supervisor, thereby ensuring that quality and progress are consistently maintained.
