HISTORY OF DEVELOPMENT

CEO & Founder's motto: A home is a lifelong passion. Put your Heart (Tâm) into the homeowner's perspective, to care for and build with meticulous quality as if it were your own home. We Build Value Brand.

2005-2007: Participated in numerous projects with senior architects in the Architecture, Construction, and Interior Workshop industries, including major projects such as PV Oil, Dat Xanh, Hi-Way, and Quang Trung Software.

2007-2015: Established the professional Villa Design and Construction brand: KHONG GIAN MOI (KGM Design & Build), completing 100 Villa Design and Construction projects.

2015: Developed the KGM Vietnam brand with an international vision. The CEO studied Project Management in Singapore to further enhance the quality of professional and efficient Design and Construction management.

2015-2023: Continued to develop the core values of a professional Civil Construction Contractor: KGM Vietnam (General Construction) and KHONG GIAN MOI (Design & Build).

2023: Established KGM USA (Luxury Design) in Washington State, USA, a hub for architects worldwide to design and visualize Mansions, Villas, Penthouses, and Resorts. Engaged in the import and export of quality interior equipment for projects in Vietnam.

2024-2030 Orientation: Invest in a comprehensive, closed-loop business management system for the entire KGM Vietnam corporation, leveraging our core strengths in Design, Construction, and Interior. This marks a crucial innovation milestone for KGM Vietnam's development over the next 5-10 years, focusing on technology application, efficient financial management systems, and building a lasting, sustainable brand that brings pride to Vietnam.
