During this construction phase, KGM Vietnam's technical team and workers have completed a series of important tasks related to the project's foundation. The preparation and inspection of formwork and rebar were carried out meticulously, fully complying with technical standards and design documents. All steel bars, spacing, connections, and support systems were thoroughly inspected before proceeding to the concrete pouring phase.
Concurrently, concrete pouring for the foundation items was implemented according to schedule. KGM's construction team ensured strict control over concrete quality, slump, setting time, and even distribution across the entire surface. This is a crucial step to ensure the stability and longevity of the foundation structure during long-term use.
In addition to the main tasks, the construction site was organized scientifically, cleanly, and safely. Access routes and work areas were reasonably arranged to optimize work efficiency and ensure absolute safety for all personnel on site.
The construction atmosphere at Maison Décor was consistently maintained in a professional and expeditious manner, helping the project adhere closely to the schedule committed to the investor. KGM Vietnam continues to closely monitor each stage, control quality, and implement strict supervision until the entire foundation is completed according to standards.
