Slab Foundation Concreting – Le Anh Xuan Villa Project

At KGM VIETNAM, we always prioritize construction quality, holding the steadfast belief that a durable structure must be built upon a truly solid foundation. The foundation not only serves as the primary load-bearing component for the entire structure but also determines its lifespan and resilience against weather, environmental factors, and external forces. Therefore, for the Le Anh Xuan Villa project, the slab foundation concreting process, covering a total area of approximately 350m², was executed by us systematically, professionally, and cohesively, ensuring compliance with all current technical standards.

Before proceeding with concreting, KGM VIETNAM's team of engineers and workers completed all preparatory steps, including site leveling, soil inspection, and geological ground treatment if necessary, to create a stable and even surface for subsequent construction phases. Formwork installation was carried out meticulously and precisely according to technical designs, ensuring correct geometric dimensions and structural load-bearing capacity. Next was the inspection and installation of rebar, where all steel used met standards, was clearly verified, and positioned correctly according to the structural drawings.

Concreting was performed following strict technical procedures, using high-quality ready-mixed concrete, which was mixed and transported by specialized vehicles, ensuring the storage time did not exceed permitted limits to maintain the concrete's slump and strength. Throughout the pouring process, supervising engineers constantly monitored to check the flatness and thickness of the concrete layer, as well as promptly addressing any issues that arose. After pouring, the concrete surface was properly cured, including regular moistening, covering with tarpaulins, or using specialized curing compounds to minimize surface water loss – thereby helping the concrete achieve maximum strength and significantly reduce cracking and shrinkage in the initial stages.

In addition to technical aspects, KGM VIETNAM also pays special attention to occupational safety, protecting the health of workers and engineers throughout the construction period. Safety measures such as wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), installing warning signs, and setting up shielding systems for hazardous areas were fully and strictly implemented. Concurrently, project progress was ensured according to schedule, avoiding delays or interruptions that could affect subsequent work items.
