PROGRESS UPDATE ON PILE DRIVING CONSTRUCTION | MAISON DÉCOR PROJECT
The Maison Décor project, under construction by KGM Vietnam, is proceeding on schedule with the initial work item being pile driving. This is a foundational stage, playing a crucial role in ensuring the stability and durability of the entire structure. The construction work is carried out meticulously, strictly adhering to technical standards to create a stable foundation for subsequent work items.
KGM Vietnam's team of engineers and workers implements construction according to a standard process, including geological surveys, pile positioning, material and equipment quality checks, test piling, and mass pile driving. Each step is meticulously supervised to ensure safety, accuracy, and construction quality. The use of modern hydraulic piling machines optimizes construction time while still meeting technical requirements and the load-bearing capacity of the foundation.
Currently, the pile driving work item at the Maison Décor project has largely completed its scope and is on schedule as planned. The construction team consistently maintains a serious and professional work ethic, ensuring quality alongside progress.
